2009 Holy Trinity Greek Night Dear fellow Parishioners,

We are making great progress in preparing for the 2009 Greek Night on Saturday, October 24. We have secured the band for playing Greek and international music and songs, finalized the menu and are working hard on all other arrangements. We are receiving very strong support both financial and in kind to cover expenses and will be soliciting additional help and volunteers. We expect that most of the receipts from the tickets will go the church.

The Greek Night provides a unique opportunity to showcase our church and our community. The ticket price of $35 per person includes a range of appetizers and breads, Greek salad, full main course, assortment of deserts, wine/soft drinks/coffee and live music and dancing. This is a great value for us, our friends and others – they will be grateful for the experience.

We need and are asking your help in publicizing the Greek Night and selling tickets. For your convenience, we are attaching a flier that you may e-mail or print and hand-out. Tickets are available from Vaselia Mershon at 423-391-0856 and others listed on the flier.

Please help us make the 2009 Greek Night a success – we can all be proud!

Thank you!
Andreas Papas
