With the streams of your tears you cultivated the barrenness of the desert; and by your sighings from the depths, you bore fruit a hundred-fold in labors; and you became a luminary, shining with miracles upon the world, O John, our righteous Father. Our parish is committed to a stewardship program in lieu of the annual Greek festival to keep ourselves up and running. The target figure for each week is $3,100. The first twelve weeks brought in an income of approx. $39,000; a $1,800 surplus which is a blessing for which we thank God!
