Resurrectional Apolytikion Plagal of the Fourth Tone
From on High did You descend, O merciful Lord, for us did You endure, three days in the tomb that we may be, released from passions in this world, You who are our resurrection and our life Glory unto You O Lord.

Apolytikion for Sunday of St. John Climacus
With the streams of your tears you cultivated the barrenness of the desert; and by your sighings from the depths, you bore fruit a hundred-fold in labors; and you became a luminary, shining with miracles upon the world, O John, our righteous Father. Intercede with Christ God that our souls be saved.

Apolytikion of the Church
Troparion of our Church: Tone 7
Thou wast transfigured on the mountain, O Christ our God, showing to Thy disciples Thy glory as each one could endure. Shine forth Thou on us, who are sinners all, Thy light ever-unending, through the prayers of the Theotokos. Light-bestower, glory be to Thee.

Troparion of St. Herman: Tone 4
O Blessed Father Herman of Alaska, North Star of Christ's Holy Church, the light of your holy life and great deeds, guides those who follow the Orthodox way. Together we lift high the Holy Cross you planted firmly in America. Let all behold and glorify Jesus Christ, singing His Holy Resurrection.

Kontakion
To you, the champion leader, we your flock dedicate a feast of victory and of thanksgiving, as ones rescued out of suff'rings, O Theotokos; but as you are one with might which is invincible, from all dangers that can be deliver us, that we may cry to you: Hail, O Bride unwedded.
