Apolytikion for Thomas Sunday
While the tomb was sealed, You, O Life, shone forth from the grave, O Christ God; and while the doors were shut, You came unto Your disciples, O Resurrection of all, renewing through them an upright Spirit in us according to Your great mercy.

Kontakion
Though You descended into the grave, O Immortal One, yet You destroyed the power of Hades, and arose as victor, O Christ God, calling to the myrrh-bearing women, Rejoice, and giving peace unto Your Apostles, O You Who grants resurrection to the fallen.

For great is the dignity of the priests. ... And hold them very exceedingly in honor; for you indeed care about  ...Read Full Text >

Budget Info 2009
Our parish is committed to a stewardship program in lieu of the annual Greek festival to keep ourselves up and running. The target figure for each week is $3,100. The first 16 weeks brought in an income of approx. $49,493; a $106 deficit. Many have increased their giving and some new stewards have made an offering. This is very encouraging. May the Lord help and save all the benefactors of His holy Church.
OUR COFFEE HOUR HOSTS

NEVER READ THE BIBLE AND FEEL INTIMIDATED?
One of the best ways to get a Bible overview without being overwhelmed in the process is to read a high quality children`s Bible story book. I peruse what`s out there every so often, having reviewed various copies in recent years. The one I think best reflects the Scriptures without watering them down ...Read Full Text >

So far $1500 has been pledged for the replacement, approximately $2500 may be needed.
