NURSERY ATTENDANT: Our nursery attendants have taken the summer off. We are currently working on hiring a new nursery attendant for the summer and we are hoping that we will have one very soon. For more status information please check at the Pangari on Sunday. We apologize for any inconvenience and please bear with us as we are trying diligently to have this issue resolved as soon as possible.

ACOLYTES AND PARENTS: Any acolyte attending the Divine Liturgy this summer may serve in the altar. There will be no altar groups this summer during the months of June through August. The altar groups will resume beginning in September.

WHY IS THE PLEDGE CARD SO IMPORTANT: We as Orthodox Christians make offerings to our Lord and to our community that enable our church to continue to enhance the spiritual growth of all of our members. It is the Time, Talent and Stewardship giving that allows all that happens in our daily lives at St. Nicholas. To plan for each day and the future of our community we must fill out a pledge card. It ensures that all our obligations to our members and community are met. It ensures that services like Sunday School, Hospitality, Outreach, Missions, Education, Culture and Youth activities are provided for our members. Without these things we have no St. Nicholas. Please fill out a pledge card to ensure our future and to participate in a community where the Holy Spirit flourishes and the love of Christ is evident! Pledge cards are available in the Narthex as you leave the church to go to the Hellenic Center. Please fill them out and place them in the basket as you enter the Hellenic Center.
