Holy Trinity Food Pantry
Christos Anesti
A warm “THANK YOU” to all parishioners who steadily filled the food bins during our Lenten Food Drive.
Over 60 bags of food were delivered to the Claymont Community Center, St. Stephen’s and the Sunday Breakfast Mission.
All deliveries were made by Tina, Steve, and John.
Please continue to share your blessings with the less fortunate – who are increasing daily.
Drop off any non-perishable food – anytime you come to church or during church office hours – 9am – 4:30pm. The bins are in the Narthex and by the Church Office.
Any non-perishable food items are always needed such as:
Fruit, fish, ham, vegetables, cereals, coffee, tea, flour, sugar, pastas and sauces, macaroni & cheese, baby food, baby cereals, formula, peanut butter & jelly, canned milk, rice, soups, etc.
Any food that will not spoil.
As Orthodox Christians and as caring neighbors, your food donations help feed not only the city’s poor, but those who have lost their jobs and homes.
We can do it!!!!
If we all brought in one canned item or a non-perishable (like cereal) whenever we come to church, we could easily deliver over 50 bags of food each week!
“Don’t Leave Home Without a Food Donation in Your Hand!”
