is Wednesday, August 6. Liturgy begins at 9:00am.

KOURAMBIETHES – for the festival are being prepared on Saturday, August 9. The first shift begins at 9:00am. The Second Shift of teenagers and those interested in powdering begins at 11:00am. Rita Dades is the chairperson for this event.

This year the Church is investing in professionally made DANCE COSTUMES for the Hellenic Dancers in the High School group. Thank you to all who made donations. The costumes are being ordered. Chris Eliopoulos is the chairman of this project.

Educational Seminars Held in Cyprus for the Second Year

Twenty teachers from various parochial schools of the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of America are taking part in a summer educational seminar held at the University of Cyprus, in Nicosia from July 21 to August 5. IOCC Aids Iraqi Families in Conflict-Ridden Sadr City

International Orthodox Christian Charities (IOCC), the Baltimore-based humanitarian aid organization, announces a new grant that will provide food and emergency supplies to vulnerable families living in Sadr City, one of the poorest and most densely populated districts of Baghdad.
