The I.C.F. will be held on Saturday, October 17 and Sunday, October 18th, 2009.

Anyone planning on participating MUST receive a Health Certificate. We will offer the class on Saturday, October 3rd at 9:30am in our church hall. The class will only take 1 1/2 hours and there is a fee of $10.
