GENERAL ASSEMBLY This is a Formal Notice of the General Assembly, which will be held on Sunday the 9th December 2007 in the Fr. Theophanis Kolyvas Community Center immediately following Divine Liturgy. A copy of the Agenda, the Minutes of the previous meeting the Financial Statements are being sent to you under a separate email.

A small light lunch will be offered at the General Assembly and committee members will be contacting community members.



STEWARDSHIP The Parish Council has officially launched the 2008 Stewardship Campaign and is asking all parishioners to complete and return the pledge of Time and Talent and financial stewardship. Any member who did not receive their 20008 Stewardship Package, please contact Georgia Lorandos or another member of the Parish Council.

Members are reminded that to have a vote at this years General Assembly, parishioners must be in good standing and must be up to date in their annual commitment.



SUNDAY SCHOOL CHRISTMAS PROGRAM Please join us on Sunday, December 23rd after the Divine Liturgy for our Annual Sunday School Christmas Program.

The Children will be performing the Traditional Nativity Story - let us remember what Christmas is really about - the Birth of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ!

FR. KOLYVAS MEMORIAL / GRAVESTONE The Spring General Assembly passed the resolution to finalize the memorial for Father Kolyvas’ grave. The assembly authorized the expenditure of $20,300.00. Parish members who wish to contribute to the memorial in memory of Father Kolyvas are asked to see Mr. Alexander Maillis II. Memorial Pledge Cards are available and can be returned to Mr. Mark Henderson. The Parish Council thanks those members who already pledged at the General Assembly.
