Apolytikion for Plagal of the First Tone
O Faithful, let us sing a hymn of praise and worship to the Logos, coeternal with the Father and the Spirit, who was born of the Virgin for our salvation. Of His own will He went upon the Cross in the flesh and suffered death, to raise the dead through His glorious Resurrection. -Translation by Narthex Press

Apolytikion for Prokopios the Great Martyr & his mother Theodosia the Martyr
Your Martyr, O Lord, in his courageous contest for You received the prize of the crowns of incorruption and life from You, our immortal God. For since he possessed Your strength, he cast down the tyrants and wholly destroyed the demons' strengthless presumption. O Christ our God, by his prayers, save our souls, since You are merciful.

Apolytikion of the Church
Today is the beginning of our salvation, and the revelation of the mystery of ages. The Son of God becomes the Son of the Virgin, and Gabriel proclaims this gift from God. Together with him, we cry out, to you, O Theotokos: “Hail, you who are full of grace, the Lord is with you.”

Kontakion
O Protection of Christians that cannot be put to shame, mediation unto the creator most constant: O despise not the voices of those who have sinned; but be quick, O good one, to come unto our aid, who in faith cry unto you: Hasten to intercession and speed you to make supplication, O you who ever protects, O Theotokos, them that honor you.
