O Lord by Your sacred Cross You abolished death, and granted unto the thief blessed paradise. The Myrrh-bearers ceased lamenting and turned to joy. The apostles did preach the Good News at Your command, that You had risen from the dead O Christ Our God, bestowing Your mercy upon the world ever more.

Apolytikion for the Holy Apostle Timothy
Since you have been instructed in uprightness thoroughly and were vigilant in all things, you were clothed with a good conscience as befits one holy. you did draw from the Chosen Vessel ineffable mysteries; and having kept the Faith, you did finish a like course, O Priest Martyr and Apostle Timothy. Intercede with Christ God that our souls be saved.

Apolytikion for Anastasios, the Persian Righteous Monk-martyr
Your Martyr, O Lord, in his courageous contest for You received the prize of the crowns of incorruption and life from You, our immortal God. For since he possessed Your strength, he cast down the tyrants and wholly destroyed the demons' strengthless presumption. O Christ God, by his prayers, save our souls, since You are merciful.

Apolytikion of the Church
Today is the beginning of our salvation and the revelation of the mystery of the ages. O the Son of God becomes on this day the Virgin’s Son and Gabriel proclaims this gift from God. Together with him we cry out to the Theotokos singing: Hail to you who are filled with grace. The Lord is with you.
