Luncheon July 22nd There will be a "sloppy joe" luncheon following services on July 22nd. Side dishes and deserts would be appreciated.

Parish Council Meeting The next Parish Council Meeting will be held on July 15th at 11:00 AM.

Special Thanks We would like to thank Rex Petrey for coordinating the repairs to the stained glass windows in the front doors. We would also like to thank Scott Dinges and Michael Lennert for repairing the roof leaks. Additionally, Scott removed the old air conditioner window units from the parish house (which now has central air).

We pray that God bless all of them abundantly for their service to His Church.

Sunday School Sunday school is to re-open this September!!! It is with grateful hearts that we thank our new director, Julie Harrison. Julie and Scott Dinges will teach. Additional teachers/aides are needed. Please consider joining them. Our children are our pasion and our future.

Weddings We are pleased to announce the marriage of Larry Davenport and Delisa Warkencin this past June 8th. May our great God and Savior, Jesus Christ, grant them many years of wedded happiness!

Additional News Congratulations to Laura Phanavanh who passed her state license exam. She is now an official RN!! Grady Hillhouse will be moving to San Marcos to attend Texas State University this coming August. There he will continue education in environmental science. We wish him the best of luck and every success. We offer our prayers for a safe and successful trip for Scott Dinges who will be traveling to Milwakee Wisconsin at the end of this month.

End of summer garage sale We would like to have am end of summer garage sale. Please save all of your "reasonable" extras. We especially need old furnature, as it seems to draw better crowds. If you would like to coordinate this event or volunteer to assist, please see Eve Melotakis.
