Sunday School
Our new Sunday School is scheduled to begin Sunday, September 16th. The delay was due to Labor Day and the church garage sale. The time will be posted in September's bulletin.

Weddings
We are pleased to announce the marriage of Maria Elena Biskinis (daughter of Anthoula and Dimitri Biskinis) to Panagiotis Lourotos on Aughust 25th in Politia-Athens, Greece. We wish Anthoula and Dimitri a safe trip and many congratulations. May God grant their children many blessed years.

Prosfora
Our thanks to Mary Boemmel for providing July`s prosfora, and to Donna Dinges for providing it in August.

This bread is truly our "staff of life".


Additional News
Congratulations to Westly Crump and Andrew Rhoton who will be attending Texas State University, San Marcos, this coming August. Messerette Fessahai will be attending the University of Texas in Arlington. We wish them every success in their studies, and hope they come home often to visit.

End of summer garage sale
Our end of summer garage sale is scheduled for Saturday, September 8th. Please continue to save your "reasonable" extras, especially old furnature. We will need volunteers to help setup, price, staff the sale, and clean up. Please see Eve if you can help. Everything goes much faster with more people.
