A MESSAGE FROM THE PARISH COUNCIL

We wish to encourage all of the members of our St. Nicholas Church to attend the Parish Assembly during the Coffee Hour next Sunday (November 15). Some of the items on the agenda: Progress report on roof replacement - Election of Board of Auditors - Approval of 2010 Budget- Stewardship Report, etc, etc. The participation of all of our faithful members is needed and appreciated. In accordance with our Parish By-Laws, please make sure that at least 75% of your stewardship pledge has been paid, so that you can qualify to attend and vote. Thank You!

THE LADIES OF THE PHILOPTOCHOS ARE VERY BUSY
(so what else is new?)

1. The Food & Crafters Bazaar- will be held the weekend before Thanksgiving (Nov. 2 1 & 22). The ladies could use your help with baked goods, set-up / preparation and on the days of the Bazaar. Please see Voula Demos, the Chair for this festive event! Also, please don’t forget to come to buy a variety of items and to support our hard-working ladies and their good works!

2. Dial-a-Baklava will have another date to pick up your goodies. For Thanksgiving - Saturday, November 21or 22 (Bazaar) between 11am and 3 pm and For Christmas – Saturday, December 19 between 10 am and Noon.
