"...God works for good with those who love him...."
In this Sunday`s Epistle reading, Paul writes to the Romans, "...we know that in everything God works for good with those who love him, who are called according to his purpose."

It has been a great blessing at Saint George Church to see so many people find their calling in serving the Church with the gifts with which God has blessed them. Many are offering their talents, training, skills and knowledge to serve God through our parish.

The voices from the chanters` stand are blending beautifully. Our readers offer the Epistle for the day and lead us in reciting the Nicene-Constantinopolitan Creed.

Soon we will have our new parish council in place to share in the leadership responsibilities of the parish. Together we will strive to make St George an even more welcoming place of worship, fellowship and service.

Working together we can be assured that the golden age of Saint George Church on West 54th lies still ahead.
