The St George Bookstore is open in the church hall each Sunday during fellowship hour. Learn something new about your faith -- stop by and pick up a book. Give a book as s gift.

Please support our Church of Saint George by submitting your stewardship. Our church is supported completely by your stewardship dollars. We need your help.

The Archangel Michael Byzantine Youth Choir returns to Saint George Church on October 26. Join us for Divine Liturgy with this choir of heavenly voices.

We continue to improve our building. With the roof completed, we have now repaired the rusty tin ceiling over the altar and have begun to repair the broken marble tiles in the altar. We will be dressing up the stairs in the entryway, painting the sanctuary and replacing the awning. Your financial support is needed to maintain our parish and to grow our ministries.

Over the years, we have been offering modest support to the Sisters of Life in the Sacred Heart Convent on West 51st Street. The Sisters of Life is a contemplative / active religious community of women founded in 1991 for the protection and enhancement of the sacredness of every human life. An anonymous donor recently provided two strollers for mothers with babies born this past spring. Other items needed are Metro Cards and gift cards to Dwayne Reade. Please help as you are able.
