FALLING ASLEEP IN THE LORD
Our fellow parishioner Athanasios (Tom) Kinnas fell asleep in the Lord on May 21. He was laid to rest following his funeral Service on May 29. Our deepest condolences to Leah and her family. May His Memory Be Eternal.

END OF CHURCH SCHOOL PROGRAM
The last day of the 2007-2008 children's church school program will be Sunday, June 22. Thank you Diaconissa Anna, Cheri Black, Barron Black, Carissa Ghan, and Scott Ghan for you dedication to teaching our children about the Orthodox Faith - it was a wonderful year!

CURRENT NEEDS OF THE CHURCH
The Church needs help with covering the cost of juice and water for Sunday church lunches. The cost per month for juice and water is approximately $ 20.00 dollars. TIME AND TALENT NEEDED
We are still looking for someone who is willing to take of their time and talent to construct a base or stand to properly hold the Resurrection Banner. If you can help the Church with this project, please contact Deacon Timothy at 509-301-3612 or Maria Touvannas 585-6066.

CHURCH WORKDAY AND CLEAN UP
The next work day is scheduled for June 14th at 9:30am. This workday will focus on removing the dust and dirt from the heating and cooling fan units throughout the building. We will also need to do the regular indoor and outdoor clean up. Those planning to work on the fan units please bring your shop-vacs.

THE NATIVITY OF JOHN THE BAPTIST FEAST DAY CELEBRATION
The feast day celebration will take place at the Monastery of St. John the Forerunner in Goldendale, Washington on June 23rd and 24th. The schedule of services and events are:
