Resurrectional Apolytikion
Let us give praise and worship, O faithful, to the Word, co-eternal with the Father and the Spirit, born of the Virgin for our salvation. Of His own will He mounted the Cross in the flesh, suffered death, and raised the dead through His glorious resurrection.
Apolytikion for Prokopios the Great Martyr & his mother Theodosia the Martyr
Your martyr, O Lord, received the crown of immortality from You, O our God, on account of his struggle. Armed with Your strength, he has vanquished his persecutors and crushed the powerless arrogance of demons. Through his supplications, O Christ God, save our souls.
Apolytikion of the Church
Today is the crown of our salvation, and the revelation of the mystery planned from eternity; the Son of God, becomes the Virgin’s Son, and Gabriel announces the grace. Wherefore, we along with him, to the Theotokos let us cry out: Rejoice, O full of grace, the Lord is with you.
Kontakion
O protection of Christians that cannot be put to shame, mediation unto the Creator most constant: O despise not the suppliant voices of those who have sinned; but be quick, O good one, to come unto our aid, who in faith cry unto you: Hasten to intercession, and speed to make supplication, you who does ever protect, O Theotokos, them that honor you.
Kontakion
Devoutly aflame with godly zeal for Christ thy Lord, and armed with the strength and power of the precious Cross, thou didst cast down headlong thy foes' exalted pride, O Procopius, exalting Christ's holy Church, advancing in faith and shedding light on us. - Translation by Holy Transfiguration Monastery
