If you have questions, please contact Andrea Faches.
·Myrrhbearers – Girls interested in serving on Holy Friday as myrrhbearers should see Andrea Faches. An orientation and training will be provided on Saturday of Lazarus after the preparation of the church and making of the palm crosses. Thank you to all the women who so generously offered their time & talents to prepare new myrrhbearer gowns for our parish.
Church Fathers Speak: – God permits everything for our own good; we should believe this. He lets the devil be so that man may keep up the fight. No pain, no gain. If the devil did not torment us, we would have taken ourselves for saints. Thus, God allows the devil to attack us with malice; because these beatings clear out all the dust from our dusty soul. Elder Paisios the Athonite
