Philoptochos Corner... Festival of Tables
A big thank you to everyone who helped make our first Festival of Tables a huge success! Because of your incredible generosity, we raised over $4300 for the needy! Half of our proceeds will benefit local disaster victims through the Red Cross. The remaining money will help in our mission to help the poor, hungry, and needy in our community and around the world, including the children at Saint Basil’s Academy and Oklahoma City’s homeless at the City Rescue Mission, as well as other worthy causes. Special thanks to our Festival of Tables committee: Jane French, Terry Lippmann, Kim Temple, and Susan Vassilakos.

Food and Clothing Drive
Our annual Lenten efforts to gather food and clothing for the poor were a great success. Thank you so much to everyone who donated! We were able to donate much needed clothing to a new residence program that helps female ex-convicts make positive changes in their lives and two large deliveries of food and clothing to the Jesus House. Thanks to Jane French, the Food and Clothing Drive chairwoman.

Congratulations!
