Philoptochos Christmas Card Sign Up After Church Today! The Philoptochos Christmas Card will be sent to all of St. Paul’s families! We ask for a $20/family donation. Funds to go towards fulfilling the wish list for the Children’s Protection Agency, and for Christmas baskets for needy families in our parish.

St. Paul’s Needs Two 12+ Foot Christmas Trees for the Entrance of the Church! If you would like to donate a tree, or contribute towards one, please contact Alysha Stout.

“In the Footsteps of St. Paul: A Pilgrimage” Meeting Sunday, Dec. 5th After Church in the Conference Room! If you are interested in taking a pilgrimage to walk in the footsteps of the Apostle Paul for 16 days, from May 29th – June 13th, 2005, please join us for this special introductory meeting. We will be visiting Athens, where St. Paul preached on the Areopagus (Acts 17:16-23); Corinth, where St. Paul decided to begin his missionary work among the Gentiles (Acts 18:6); Thessaloniki, where St. Paul preached in the winter of 49-50AD; and Rome, where he was eventually executed for the faith and is now buried under the altar of St. Paul’s-outside-the-Walls, a Roman Catholic church. We will venerate the relics of St. Demetrios in Thessaloniki, spend a day sailing around Mt. Athos, the 1,000 year old monastic republic, visit the monasteries of Meteora, as well as visit the Vatican Museums, St. Peter’s Basilica and the Sistine Chapel in Rome and much more.


Parish Council Elections will be Sunday, December 5th, After Services! In accordance with the Uniform Parish Regulations, Parish Council nominations were closed at the General Assembly. The candidates nominated are (vote for 8): Mel Bowman, Jim Dargavel, Mark Hudoff, John Kookootsedes, Chris Koutures, Stathi Marcopoulos, Dean Movroydis, Steve Oller, Steve Tibbs, & Demo Zeppos. You must be a pledging member of St. Paul’s, with a signed pledge card, to vote for the members of the Parish Council.
