Small Paraklesis Service The Small Paraklesis Service will be Celebrated on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from August 1st through August 13th. This service is a supplication service to the Most Holy Theotokos for the health of our souls and bodies, in preparation for the Feast of her Dormition. These services will begin at 6 p.m.

Festival Appreciation Luncheon, September 7th The Festival Appreciation Luncheon will be Sunday, September 7th in the Orthodox Center. This is a small token of appreciation for all the stewards and friends of the Saint Barbara Greek Orthodox Church who put their time, talent and treasure into making the Greek Festival the Best Festival in Santa Barbara!


Saint Barbara Bible Study, September 11th Saint Barbara Bible Study will resume on September 11th at 6:30 pm in the Orthodox Center. We will continue our study of Saint Peter’s First Universal Letter.
