Resurrectional Apolytikion Plagal of the First Tone
O Faithful, let us sing a hymn of praise and worship to the Logos, coeternal with the Father and the Spirit, who was born of the Virgin for our salvation. Of His own will He went upon the Cross in the flesh and suffered death, to raise the dead through His glorious Resurrection. -Translation by Narthex Press

Apolytikion for Synaxis of the Archangel Michael & the other Bodiless Powers: Gabriel, Raphael, Uriel, Salaphiel, Jegudiel, & Barachiel
O Commanders of the Heavenly Host, we the unworthy beseech you, that through your entreaties you will fortify us, guarding us in the shelter of the wings of your ethereal glory, even as we fervently bow before you crying: "Deliver us from all danger, as Commanders of the Powers on high! " -Translation by Narthex Press

Apolytikion of the Church
Blessed you are O Christ our God, who did render the fishermen all-wise by sending down upon them the Holy Spirit, and through them the world in Your nets enmeshing, glory to You.

Kontakion

Thanksgiving Food Drive
           underway at Holy Trinity

THANKSGIVING - the great American Holiday which brings families together from far and wide, to sit together and enjoy the traditional feast with a table laden with the turkey and all the fixings. cranberry sauce, pie fillings, pie crusts, yams, baby food, gravies, flour, sugar, olives, vegetables, fruit, cake mixes, icing, stuffing bread mix, instant mash potatoes. Any food item that will not spoil.
Even in these very difficult economic times, we can make a huge difference in the lives of “the least of our brothers and sisters” by sharing
